Along the way, you’ll learn the history and cultural significance of each dish, using both traditional methods and clever kitchen hacks perfect for recreating the magic back home. Participation is encouraged, but not required. Whether you're chopping, stirring, or sipping, you'll be part of the fun. Each class lasts about 3 to 4 hours, depending on the menu and how much time you’d like to spend cooking, chatting, and eating together. We typically aim to have the full meal ready to enjoy about 2 to 3 hours after we begin. The class is ideal for groups of 4 to 10 people and is designed to be both educational and fun—perfect for a special occasion or a unique way to spend time with friends and family. Ready to cook with us?
