One of our favorite activities is right outside the neighborhood.
Condado Lagoon offers a scenic setting for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, with views of the San Juan skyline and surrounding waterfront.
Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including birds and the occasional manatee. Several operators offer guided experiences, including nighttime illuminated kayak tours.

Condado Beach — Sunshine & Ocean Views
Condado Beach is a beautiful stretch of coastline surrounded by hotels, restaurants, and city views.
It's a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine, take a beach walk, or relax with a good book.
Important: Some sections of Condado Beach experience strong currents and dangerous surf. Always observe beach warnings and choose designated swimming areas when conditions permit.
