Condado Lagoon is one of San Juan’s favorite places for kayaking, paddleboarding, walking, jogging, and enjoying the outdoors. The calm lagoon is surrounded by the city, creating the unusual opportunity to enjoy nature and water activities without leaving San Juan.
Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available nearby, making it easy to get out on the water without planning an entire excursion.
You may even spot some of the lagoon’s wildlife along the way.
For our guests, that means you can start the morning with coffee, walk outside, and be enjoying the waterfront within minutes.
Walk to the Beach
Of course, you didn’t come to Puerto Rico without spending some time at the beach.
From Lagoon Park, you can walk through Condado to several nearby waterfront areas and beaches, making it easy to spend a few hours in the sun without worrying about parking.

Our two- and three-bedroom apartments provide more room to spread out, prepare meals, and relax together than you’ll typically find in a hotel room.
Some apartments offer large kitchens and living rooms, while others include private outdoor spaces or additional bathrooms—an especially welcome feature when everyone is trying to get ready for the beach at the same time.
Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, for example, includes a private gated entrance and patio along with flexible sleeping arrangements for larger families.
Select accessibility features are also available. Guests with specific mobility needs should review the accessibility information for the individual apartment or contact us before booking so we can help identify the most suitable option.
Traveling With Friends or Another Family?
This is where Lagoon Park becomes especially useful.
Because we manage multiple apartments within the same building, groups don’t necessarily have to choose between squeezing everyone into one vacation rental or staying in completely different hotels.
Several of our apartments can be booked together.
Some are located directly beside one another, while others are internally connected to create larger accommodations.
One of our unique two-bedroom layouts, for example, offers two private bedroom suites, two ensuite bathrooms, two living areas, a full kitchen, and a second kitchenette, all connected internally as one apartment.
For larger groups, we offer combinations with four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, including configurations with a private rooftop or a separate king studio.
This gives families and friends the ability to stay together without having to share everything.
Grandparents can have their own space. Two families can each have some privacy. Couples can retreat to separate bedrooms and bathrooms while still gathering together for meals and evenings.
For family reunions, wedding groups, groups of friends, and multi-generational vacations, that flexibility can make a big difference.
